Branching out with Bonuses

At Oak Tree Devanning, we're proving that innovative business practices and social impact go hand in hand. Our recently implemented performance reward system is transforming workplace engagement while delivering strong business results.

Launched a year ago through our ProDevan app, this unique tiered bonus system is helping our employees build sustainable careers while strengthening our business operations. The program features seven advancement levels – playfully named from "Scooter" to "Rocket Ship" – each offering increasing bonus percentages for consistent performance and reliability. We're investing in our people's success," explains Operations Manager Jamie Dale.

"Top performers can earn up to 18% in additional compensation, which can mean an extra $100-150 weekly. While this comes from our margins, we see it as an investment that benefits everyone – our employees gain financial rewards for excellence, and our business partners receive consistently reliable service."

The system's structure encourages professional growth through achievable milestones. Employees progress through levels by successfully completing consecutive assignments, with bonuses increasing from 3% to 18%. This approach has significantly improved workforce reliability while providing our team members with clear pathways to increase their earnings through consistent performance.

The programme's success has led to further technological innovation, with new features being developed to help employees track their performance metrics weekly through the ProDevan app. This transparency helps our team members take ownership of their progress and career development. We've found that investing in our staff through the bonus system has lead to both stronger careers and better service for our customers. It's a practical way to make business success and social impact work together. We want to especially thank Aaron Ball of Devart, our app developer, for his work on ProDevan. He also happens to be a Navigate Initiative corporate impact investor - thank you Aaron!
