Devanning in style!

Investing in our people is a great way of showing our appreciation for what they do every day. As a social enterprise Oak Tree Devanning knows that better than most, so recently invested in some new uniforms for its hard-working staff.

Getting the job done in style while boosting Oak Tree’s profile at the same time? That’s a big win!

Fluorescent yellow jackets, polo shirts, vests and polar fleece sweaters adorned with the Oak Tree logo were all part of the haul our guys have been proudly wearing over the last couple of months as they unload containers for customers across Christchurch and Auckland.

Oak Tree operations manager Jamie Dale and operations coordinator Deane Rose saw it as a refreshing upgrade that went beyond the practicality you’d expect from the durable workwear that’s a must in this line of work – boosting Oak Tree’s visibility within a competitive industry.

Not only are they slick and stylish, the new uniforms embody what Oak Tree is all about – pride and professionalism. Oak Tree is a highly- respected name in the industry, a reputation that’s been earned by delivering superior customer service. Having our guys showcasing the Oak Tree name while on the job is the perfect fuel to power growth as we streak towards 2024.

To us and our team, it’s more than a simple wardrobe update. They’ve embraced the new uniforms with enthusiasm and are wearing them with a sense of pride that really resonates with Oak Tree’s mission as a social enterprise dedicated to helping people overcome barriers to employment, which we’ve done since 2002.
